The house easily accommodates up to 6 guests and offers fabulous indoor and outdoor amenities to enjoy. Outside, there is an open-air summer kitchen with a BBQ/ pizza oven and a beautiful private space for open-air dining. Meanwhile, inside the house is fully equipped to entertain and delight guests of all ages and features a pool table, a books library and a gaming console along with a music stereo and iPod docking station. There is also a Turkish bath/hammam for absolute relaxation.

Within a short drive or a leisurely walk, you'll discover a plethora of attractions and amenities to make your stay truly memorable. Just a few steps away, are Marineland Lagoon, Antibes Landmark, Antibes Golf and Biot to enjoy with family and friends. You can also enjoy a sun-soaked day at one of the pristine beaches, such as Plage les Groules, located a mere 15-minute walk from your rental. For art enthusiasts, the renowned Picasso Museum is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vibrant party atmosphere of Juan-Les-Pins is also about the same distance. You can also indulge in delectable Provençal cuisine at nearby restaurants or visit the famous Cours Massena, a local, open-air market selling fresh produce within a 15-minute drive from here.

From here Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cannes, and Monaco are all within 30 to 90 minutes’ drive. The closest international airport is Nice-Cote d’Azur, about a 25-minute drive away. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
