Run the Dishwasher Before You Leave: Kindly load and run the dishwasher before checking out. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and building. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed inside the property. Leave the Parking Pass in the Kitchen Drawer: Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $200 replacement fee. Wine Bar Usage: Bottles from the wine bar are available for $20 each. Please leave cash or request payment instructions if you enjoy one. Quiet Hours: Please respect building quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain good relations with neighbors. Trash Disposal: Please take out trash to the designated bins (instructions provided) before you check out. Respect Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at [3 PM] and check-out is at [11 AM]. Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.
