The space
Welcome to your private suite in our family home in Saskatoon! This comfortable basement space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to the city.

Enjoy a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, and a cozy living area. While the suite doesn’t have a full kitchen, guests are welcome to use our main kitchen upstairs for a couple of hours daily, ideal for preparing light meals or snacks, just let us know your preferred time in advance and we will ensure the kitchen is ready and available for you.
Though we have Coffee machine, Microwave Oven and few utensils to use at the basement.

Privacy & Safety Notice:
Please note that while the basement suite does not have locks on the Basement entrance or bedroom doors, however your privacy and safety are fully respected. The space is exclusively yours during your stay, with no shared access. Our family resides separately on the main floor and does not enter the basement during guest stays. The property is located in a safe neighborhood and is equipped with exterior security cameras for added peace of mind.

Guest access
Guest access (property entrance) is shared, and someone from our household is always available to assist if needed. Door access instructions will be provided before your booking date to ensure a smooth arrival.

During your stay
We live on the main floor of the house and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. Whether it’s local recommendations, help with the shared kitchen, or general questions, someone will always be available to support you.

We respect your privacy and will give you space, but we're just a message or knock away if you need anything. Door access instructions will be shared before your booking date to ensure a smooth check-in.

Other things to note
We live on the main floor of the house with our child and two friendly pets. While your suite is private, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds.

Guests are welcome to use our shared kitchen upstairs for up to 2 hours daily. Please coordinate your preferred time with us.

We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Shared Spaces
Guests may use the main kitchen upstairs for up to 2 hours daily. Kindly coordinate your preferred time with us in advance.

Pets in the Home
We have two friendly pets living on the main floor. They do not enter the guest suite, but you may hear or see them in shared areas. If you have allergies or concerns, please let us know before booking.

Child in the Home
Our child lives with us on the main floor. While we strive to maintain a quiet and respectful environment, occasional family sounds may be heard.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite and shared areas.

No Parties or Events
This is a quiet family home. Parties, events, or unregistered guests are not allowed.

Check-In & Access
Door access instructions will be shared prior to your booking date. Please follow check-in guidelines for a smooth arrival.

Cleanliness & Care
Please treat the space with respect. Let us know immediately if anything breaks or needs attention.

Pets (Guest’s Own)
