Condo is a corner unit in a concrete building. The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit for greater privacy. Queen sofa sleeper is comfortable and easy to use! Portable cribs and high chair is available upon request.

Self check-in via the condo enterphone system and smart lock. Detailed check-in instructions will be given 1 day before check-in after the security deposit hold is authorized.

Occupancy limit of 6. Pets and partying are not permitted. No smoke, e-cig, vape, or illicit drugs within the unit, balcony or common areas. Shoe-free zone inside the unit! Kindly take off your shoes upon entering. For security, please do not hold the door open for strangers. If parking, ensure the parking gate closes behind you before driving away. The above form is to place an authorization hold of $1000 CAD to cover property damage and/or additional fees that guests have incurred as outlined in the rental property agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in.

After that, no refunds will be given. No shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. Guests must contact their travel insurance if cancelled within the 7 days before check-in for covered reasons.

Notes

Check-in: 4pm Check out: 10am Licensed with the City of Vancouver. Please, no parties or large gatherings in my home. This will lead to fines and evictions for a security company emergency call-out. Fire Safety Kidde smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed within the suite plus a building wide fire alarm monitoring system inspected annually. I provide a fire extinguisher within the suite and my unit is right next to the fire escape. Feel free to send me an inquiry for any questions about the unit. I'll be happy to help.
