✔All guests will have access to the entire property and all the Amenities (with a daily fee). Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.
✔We permit a maximum of 2 dogs, and no other animals are allowed. A pet fee must be paid at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet.
✔Please note that the pools and beaches are seasonal. Be sure to check their availability before making your reservation if you plan to use these amenities.
✔The person making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
