Spend your mornings fishing off the private dock or enjoying the gentle breeze by the shoreline, and wind down your evenings roasting s’mores under the stars. Set right on the shores of Lake Shafer, this hidden gem offers unobstructed views of Indiana Beach, where the lights of the amusement park and the hum of the roller coasters create a truly unforgettable backdrop.

The space
Sleeping arrangements:
• One bedroom with a plush queen bed
• A second bedroom with fun twin-over-full bunk beds (perfect for kids or extra guests)
• Plus, a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room for added space

Please Note:
This home is part of a small lakeside community of cottages that share certain outdoor spaces, similar to a condo-style setting.
• The grassy area, deck, and stairs leading to the dock are shared common areas available to all guests.
• You are welcome to use the brown dock and the silver fire pit, which are designated for this cottage.
• Please be respectful of neighboring properties and do not enter private areas or use docks and fire pits that belong to other cottages.
• The waterfront area beyond the dock is private and not accessible.

We ask all guests to enjoy the space respectfully and be mindful of others in the community.

• Sip coffee on the deck as the sunrise dances on the water
• Roast s’mores at the silver fire pit or fish right off the brown private dock
• Relax by the shoreline and take in the peaceful lake breeze
• Enjoy a front-row seat to Indiana Beach’s sparkling lights and roller coasters across the water
• Tie up your boat or jet ski at the dock and explore the lake
• Walk or boat to Indiana Beach for rides, games, and food
• Fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, AC, heat, and smart TV
• Cozy living area with charming lake-inspired décor

*this is a cottage in the outdoors, we strive to keep it clean and bug free but sometimes a spider or ant or two will get it, that’s nature for ya.

*Please bring your own beach towels/firewood & please do not take any from the cottage home with you. This is also a personal cottage for my family so please care for it like you would your own home. Thank you 😊 *
