For shared use: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 210 m, sandy beach 100 m (small). Nearby attractions: Rio Marina 7 km, Porto Azzurro 18 km, Portoferraio 25 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.3-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the patio. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings). Shower/bidet/WC. Patio. Barbecue, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the sea.
