On the ground floor there is the living room with leather sofa and TV with digital television, as well as the kitchen with views of the forest and the bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The first has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, while the second has two 90 x 200 cm single beds. All rooms have heating, and wireless internet is also available.

The historic holiday home is located directly in the 'Marais Vernier' nature reserve, a place of exceptional beauty that transports you into nature, which can be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. There is also an ornithological reserve for migratory birds. Culture lovers will be delighted to visit the beautiful towns of Honfleur (about 45 minutes away), Caen and the D-Day beaches, La Havre (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and Rouen. The nearest supermarket is about 10 km away in Pont Audemer, a pretty, picturesque village with many other essential shops such as a bakery, butcher's, patisserie, fruit shop, etc.
