type of building: Detached house. size of property: 300m². no group bookings. no youth groups.The lake is also very good for fishing, especially for pike, perch, carp, roach, eel, bream, catfish etc. In about 30 minutes by car you can reach Wismar, situated on the Baltic Sea, with its historic old town. You need approx. 15 minutes by car to Schwerin. Here you will find a beautiful old town with many cafés, shops that invite you to stroll and linger and of course the Schloßparkcenter for shopping. With its magnificent restored castle and neighbouring park, Schwerin is always worth a visit. The house has three bedrooms: One room with a double bed. One room with a single bed and a children's room with a bunk bed as well as a further sleeping possibility for two persons in the attic. A travel cot and high chair are available, and in the living area there is a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and CD player. The new kitchen from 2017 leaves nothing to be desired. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster. The bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, WC, washbasin, mirror and washing machine is located on the ground floor. There is a guest WC with washbasin on the top floor. In addition to a pull-out sofa bed, there is a PS 2 console, video recorder and DVD player.The windows on the ground floor are fitted with fly screens and external blinds.In winter, gas central heating and a fireplace provide cosy warmth.A canoe is available to guests. The non-smoking house is particularly suitable for families with children. In bad weather, the attic (with television) is ideal for playing. Various games and toys are available and the house naturally has garden furniture, a Weber charcoal barbecue and a fire barrel. bicycles are available for guests. WLan is available free of charge and the prices are based on an occupancy of 2 persons. From the 3rd person a surcharge is due.

Location description : The holiday village Dümmer See with its approx. 60 houses offers a relaxing family and fishing holiday. The village is located directly on the Dümmer See with its small sandy beach and sunbathing lawn. The water quality is excellent and therefore very suitable for swimming. Well-developed cycle paths invite you to take a trip. Dümmer is so centrally located that day trips to Hamburg and Berlin are also possible. There is a restaurant and bakery with a lunch counter. Wittenburg is ideal for larger shopping trips.
