Step outside and ski down to the Tram, Flyer, Metro, and Magic Carpet chair lifts, or walk to the Pump House Waterpark, restaurants, bars, and the Ice Haus Hockey Arena—no shuttles or driving required. Tramside is the main area of the resort and considered the most convenient and vibrant location at Jay Peak where the majority of restaurants and retail stores are located.

Enjoy added privacy with no one above or below you and a quiet setting after busy days on the slopes. The building has only four units, and ours shares no common walls—so you’ll never be disturbed by a loud party next door. There is a private deck off the back of the unit with a small private yard for added enjoyment.

After skiing legendary Jay Peak powder, come home to a warm and inviting space designed for comfort.

The open living area features a cozy propane fireplace, comfortable seating, and space to gather with family and friends. Watch a movie on the 60" TV, play arcade games or a board game, or simply relax with a drink while the snow falls outside.

The fully equipped kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts before first chair to relaxed dinners after a day outdoors. You’ll also find an ample supply of fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable, worry-free stay.

Unlimited hot water with a brand new on-demand hot water heater ensures long, relaxing showers after skiing and individual thermostats keep every bedroom comfortable. During the summer months there are four stand-up portable A/C units to keep you cool and comfortable.
