Welcome to Jandi, a newly built home that comfortably sleeps two families across its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three dining areas, and two TV lounge areas.

Experience the beauty of Walkerville and live like a local at Jandi.

Our home boasts a charming mix of modern and retro mid-century furniture, as well as exceptionally comfortable beds.

Guests will enjoy a decking and balcony with breath taking views of the sunset, as well as four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Doonahs with covers, pillows, bathmats, hand towels, face washers and tea towels are provided by us.

BYO sheets, pillow covers, towels and beach towels.

(A baby cot with linen is available on request at no extra charge)

BEDROOMS

Jandi has 4 generously-sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.

USB ports in each bedroom and wireless chargers in the upstairs bedrooms.

BATHROOMS

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The downstairs bathroom has a freestanding bath tub and shower. Upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. Zero Co environmentally sustainable body products provided (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash and body lotion) as well as towels, face washers and bathmats. Hair dryer is in the vanity cupboard.

KITCHEN

No need to eat out, we've got a full kitchen for you to cook up a storm with the following features:

- Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (small amount of Vertuo capsules supplied)

It's recommended to bring food with you, as the nearest supermarket is 18-minutes away by car. Woolworths also deliver to Walkerville if you plan in advance.

Wireless internet is provided to guests via Starlink high-speed broadband. Blazingly fast internet for all your streaming, work-cation and entertainment needs.

65" Smart TV with Netflix (supplied) and Chromecast built-in, SONOS speaker with access to Spotify, Wii-U games console, Bluray player with some supplied children-appropriate movies, comfy couches, children's reading nook, games/toys/books/LEGO for children to play with.

Decking - Large decking with table, chairs and hammocks. Awesome entertainment area overlooking the Bald Hills wind farm

Upstairs

65" Smart TV with Netflix (supplied) and Chromecast built-in, Apple TV, SONOS speaker with access to Spotify, Bluray player with some supplied movies, comfy couches, board games for the grown-ups to play and a Piazzetta wood pellet heater for those cold days and nights.

Reading nook overlooking the front garden, BYO books or make use of our extensive library. If you look up from your book, you'll be delighted by the rosellas, galahs and cockatoos who frolic in the gum trees outside.

Balcony - Kitchenette with Weber Pulse electric BBQ, sink and bar fridge. An entertainment area that overlooks the serene Bald Hills wind farm. Perfect for a drink and sunset/wildlife viewing.

HEATING & COOLING

Bedrooms - Ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, portable fans in downstairs bedrooms

Downstairs - Reverse cycle air-con in the living room

Upstairs - Reverse cycle air-con in the living room and a Piazzetta wood pellet heater... piece of cake to start, pour in wood pellets, press button and in 20-minutes the room will be toasty warm. All the heat and ambience of a wood heater, without the fuss of starting fires

OUTSIDE

Front - Large driveway, able to accommodate cars and boats. Slide, tyre swing and 7kw Type 2 EV charger

Back - Large decking. Spidey-swing for those young and old.

EV CHARGER

An EV wall charger has been installed for our guests who have electric vehicles. It's capable of charging at 7kwh (32a), which should add approximately 50km of distance per hour of charge to your vehicle. The charger is compatible with any vehicle (not just Tesla!) which has a type 2 plug.
