It has 5.5 kilowatt of power and can cool the whole house. You can surf the Internet free of charge with your laptop. Wireless Internet access is available for free.

The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres from the house. It is two kilometres to the centre of the island with further shops, as well as evening entertainment. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge.
