The 350m² garden offers plenty of space for the little ones to play and for the adults to relax.
The entire property is fenced and planted with a hedge. This means you can enjoy sufficient privacy and your four-legged companion cannot leave the property.
The house can be heated in all rooms via electric radiators and can therefore be used all year round. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room. This allows you to comfortably heat the entire rooms and enjoy the beautiful ambience of a wood fire.

Location description : The house is 200 metres from the lake. In the village there are 3 restaurants, a small grocery shop and a fisherman (where you can buy freshly smoked fish) and during the season you can buy fresh bread rolls in the morning at the campsite reception 50 metres away. You can also hire well-maintained bicycles there and there is also a workshop for emergencies on your own bike, but you can also try your hand at fishing yourself. The lake with its good stocking of game fish (eel, perch, pike and zander) offers the best conditions for this. You can obtain the necessary fishing licence from the local fisherman, and with an average depth of 2 metres, Lake Malchin is extremely shallow. In the middle of the lake is a real "hotspot" for anglers, with a depth of around 12 metres. 14 km² in total, Lake Malchin is located in Mecklenburg Switzerland, a few kilometres south-west of Malchin and is connected to Lake Kummerow to the north-east via the Dahmen Canal and the Peene. There is a navigable connection to the Baltic Sea and Dahmen is very popular with water hikers as a starting or finishing point for extensive canoe tours, with canoe, boat and bicycle hire and a bicycle repair service available at the nearby campsite. The banks are lined with dense reeds. Lake Malchin is surrounded by hills covered mainly with dense deciduous forests and is home to many species of birds, some of which are rare and protected. With a bit of luck, you can observe cormorants and even white-tailed eagles, as well as ducks and geese that use the lake as a resting and roosting place, and in autumn it is very tempting to hike in the surrounding forests and collect the numerous mushrooms.
Other sports and leisure activities: there are numerous opportunities for quad biking and ATV riding in the region on unpaved forest and meadow paths that are open to motorised traffic. There are also disused sand pits nearby, which are popular for short cross-country trips.
Bikes, canoes and boats can be hired from the nearby campsite reception. You can also buy bread rolls there in the morning during the summer season. Also ideal for ATV and motocross riders. Where else can you find kilometres of unsurfaced forest and meadow paths that are open to motorised traffic?
