There are several bathing lakes not far from here, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Uckermark is one of the most sparsely populated regions in Germany. Just right for a relaxing holiday with few people and lots of nature. If you fancy an excursion on foot, there is a barefoot adventure park and an ostrich farm in the immediate vicinity. Here you can get very close to nature and explore many different surfaces with your feet on a tour of the barefoot adventure park (from April to the end of September). Afterwards, you can admire the largest birds on earth on a walk and then purchase a wide variety of ostrich products in the farm shop. The snack bar is also open from April to the end of September.
The holiday home, which was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022, is detached on a 2,500 m² plot of land for exclusive use. The holiday home is 120 m² in size and has 2 living rooms, both of which are equipped with a TV. One living room also has a fireplace. The other living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one bed 180*200 cm, the other bed 160*200 cm). There is also a daylight bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is a dining table in the spacious kitchen that seats 6 people. In the hallway there is a coat rack for jackets and shoes and a large mirror.
The outdoor area has a large terrace that invites you to relax. There is also a table that seats 6 people. You are also welcome to use the barbecue on site. With the awning you can enjoy the marvellous view all day long. You can park your car directly in front of the house.
There are many beautiful excursion destinations in the Uckermark, e.g. the moated castle ruins in Gerswalde, the western town of Eldorado, Eberswalde Zoo, the natural thermal baths in Templin, the Boitzenburg stables opposite Boitzenburg Castle and of course many lakes that invite you to go canoeing. Hikes are also possible here, e.g. with Liesje Trecking, a hike with a horse or exploring the Uckermark on your own.
