House with a sea view in Porto Conte, Sardinia - Alghero

The house is located in the heart of Porto Conte Regional Park, surrounded by nature and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera: Bombarde, Lazzaretto with its coves, and Mugoni. Additionally, you can reach the nearby beach of Maristella on foot.

The space
A three-level house, renovated and furnished in a minimalist design in 2023. The house accommodates up to 6 guests, and is composed as follows:

- Ground floor with a kitchen featuring an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Living room with TV & a comfortable sofa to relax on after a long day at the beach.

- Small patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

- The first floor features three bedrooms: one en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a bathtub, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. An additional bathroom with a shower and no window is also located on this floor. Each bedroom has access to a terrace, with one offering a view of Porto Conte Bay.

- A panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and Porto Conte Bay. Furnished with low wooden tables and outdoor lounge chairs with cushions, it's the perfect spot for breakfast or an aperitif while enjoying the view.

All bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room, are equipped with both hot and cold air conditioning.

Guest access
Guests will not have access to the basement and the back courtyard.

Situato nel cuore del Parco Regionale di Porto Conte, l’alloggio è immerso nella natura e vicino alle spiagge più belle della Riviera del Corallo: Bombarde, Lazzaretto e Mugoni. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia di Maristella.

Lo spazio
Casa su tre livelli, ristrutturata e arredata con stile minimalista nel 2023. La casa può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed è composta da:

- Piano terra: cucina con piano a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e freezer. Soggiorno con TV e comodo divano per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

- Patio esterno: piccolo patio con tavolo e sedie per pranzi o cene all’aperto.

- Primo piano: tre camere da letto — una matrimoniale con bagno privato e vasca, una doppia e una con due letti singoli. Sullo stesso piano si trova un secondo bagno con doccia.
Ogni camera ha accesso a una terrazza, una delle quali offre una splendida vista sul mare del Golfo di Porto Conte.

- Mansarda: terrazza panoramica con vista mare, arredata con tavolini bassi e poltrone lounge. È il luogo perfetto per fare colazione o gustare un aperitivo al tramonto.

Le camere da letto, il soggiorno e la cucina sono dotati di aria condizionata caldo/freddo.
È disponibile un parcheggio gratuito su strada davanti alla casa.

Accesso ospiti
Gli ospiti non avranno accesso alla taverna e al cortile sul retro.

Situé au cœur du Parc Régional de Porto Conte, le logement est entouré de nature et à proximité des plus belles plages de la Riviera du Corail : Bombarde, Lazzaretto et Mugoni. La petite plage de Maristella est également accessible à pied.

Le logement
Maison sur trois niveaux, entièrement rénovée et aménagée dans un style minimaliste en 2023. La maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes et se compose comme suit :

- Rez-de-chaussée : cuisine équipée avec plaques à induction, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur ; séjour avec télévision et canapé confortable pour se détendre après une journée à la plage.

- Patio extérieur : petite terrasse avec table et chaises pour les repas en plein air.

- Premier étage : trois chambres — une suite avec salle de bain privée et baignoire, une chambre double et une chambre avec lits jumeaux. Une autre salle de bain avec douche se trouve également à cet étage. Chaque chambre donne accès à une terrasse, dont une avec vue sur la baie de Porto Conte.

- Toit-terrasse : terrasse panoramique sur le toit avec vue sur la mer, aménagée avec des fauteuils et tables basses — l’endroit parfait pour le petit-déjeuner ou un apéritif au coucher du soleil.

Les chambres, le séjour et la cuisine sont équipés de la climatisation chaud/froid.
Un stationnement gratuit est disponible dans la rue, juste devant la maison.

Accès des voyageurs
Les invités n’auront pas accès au sous-sol ni à la cour arrière.
