Outdoor Oasis

Heated swim spa fits up to 10 and can be used as a relaxing hot spa or a cooling pool or a heated pool. (Jets are powerful—like a wave pool—so children should not be left unattended)

Several gazebos with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging or gathering.

Outdoor movie theater in gazebo with a fire pit coffee table. There is a wireless speaker, movie screen, couch, and projector. Disney plus is already loaded on the projector for easy movie watching.

Wood burning Fire pit with seating, ideal for s’mores and stargazing. Two swings near the firepit. One is a family swing that seats three. Additional seating available.


Corn hole, Connect Four, Jenga outdoor games.

Outdoor lighting create the perfect ambiance.

Tree-lined property with beautiful gardens, offering near-total privacy in the heart of the city. When the trees are in bloom you will have near total privacy in the backyard. During the winter you will have view of the highway.
You can hear city sounds and traffic from the yard.

Home Access:

***********The basement has been turned into a stand alone apartment which is occupied by the owner. There are no shared spaces or entrances. There are also no shared yard spaces. The backyard is entirely for guest use and the owner does not have access during your stay.

There are pets onsite and the home has shared air flow with the apartment. This home would not be a good fit for someone with allergies to dogs or cats.

Guest Access
For everyone’s comfort, please note that the backyard is briefly unavailable from 7AM to 8 AM for daily pool cleaning and yard maintenance—this ensures the swim spa and gardens are always fresh and ready for you.

The only spaces not available to guests are the patio under the deck, the basement apartment, and the garage.

Other Things to Note
This home has been thoughtfully converted into two units, with the basement serving as a separate apartment. Each space has its own private entrance, separate yards and zero shared spaces.
