The flat consists of 2 bedrooms (4 people) , equipped kitchen with living area , bathroom with shower , balcony with table and chairs , independent heating and air conditioning - satellite TV 40 inch - Wi Fi - dishwasher and washing machine - solarium terrace private of 50 square metres - garden private - private garage . From 01 June to 30 September you can use free of charge a beautiful swimming pool in the complex at 70 m from the house . The sea and the centre of Moneglia can be reached on foot via a footpath with a walk of 8 to 13 minutes ( for people without walking difficulties ) , the sea is really close ... However, we always have a free private car park near (50 metres) the train station of Moneglia , also free transfer from the train station of Moneglia on the day of check-in and check-out , on request from the main airports ( at extra charge ) Apartment with balcony, private roof terrace and private garden area as well as swimming pool use, magnificent views over the Gulf of Moneglia
