size of property: 55m².This charming heritage stone holiday home with an authentic Dalmatian manor is 250 years old. It dates from the end of the 18th century and was restored over 5 years, and today it represents the living history of the island of Vir. It is ideal for accommodating 4-5 persons.
The holiday home is spread over two floors and is divided into two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, while on the first floor the space is divided into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. To the holiday home belongs a balcony with parasol, table and chairs. The courtyard of the holiday home (200 m²) has a relax area equipped with barbecue, loungers, table, chairs and a parasol.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and parking on the property are available and free of charge. Pets are welcome. The security deposit is 400 EUR.
