The terrace and large garden will let you enjoy the peace and quiet of the village and the view over the valley. In the house: On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 wc. On the ground floor, there is a fitted kitchen, 1 wc and the living room with its panoramic view over the 25 m² terrace. In the basement, you will find the 6-person sauna with its large shower, as well as a laundry room with washing machine. The outbuilding has 2 interconnecting bedrooms, a relaxation area and 1 bathroom. In the garden, at the bottom of the terrace, there is a wood-fired oven for pizzas and tarte flambées and a wood-fired barbecue. There is a private car park.
