1. 💸 Refund policy: We don't offer refunds for personal reasons. Please read cancellation conditions before booking. To cancel, do it via Airbnb to free up dates for other guests.

2. ⏰ Check-in & check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. No early check-in or late check-out available.

3. 📶 Wi-Fi: High-speed fibre internet. You'll find the name and password in your guest portal, sent 2 days before arrival.

4. 🚗 Parking: No private parking. Free street parking available nearby. Paid public parking also available close by.

5. 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements: Base price for 2 guests. Sofa bed (140x190) available for 3rd & 4th guest at +€20/person/night — select via booking options.

6. 🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped — induction hob, oven, Nespresso, microwave, kettle, toaster, condiments included.

7. 🧺 Washer & dryer: Available in the apartment. Laundry room also open 24/7 nearby. Detergent capsules available at €4 each via guest portal.

8. 🧳 Luggage storage: Drop-off possible before check-in between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM only. No storage after check-out.

9. 🐾 Pets: Welcome at +€20/stay — select via guest portal before arrival.
