The villa is located 70 meters above sea level (see photo) in the best part of the town of Almunecar. Only a 4-minute walk from a small beach. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Large pool and large terraces.Space for 8 people.

Because it is secluded, there is maximum privacy; it is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a house and a separate apartment, which are rented as a unit. You will be the sole tenant.

The property has been recently renovated in a Nordic style, with large windows that

provide excellent lighting to the house.

This consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room that opens to a new well-equipped Scandinavian-style kitchen.

Near the pool is an apartment with a bedroom for 2 people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Around the house there are 300m2 of terraces on two levels, a 4x10 m pool and a table tennis table.

Plenty of space for children`s games or to relax in peace .

There`s a wonderful garden with palm and pine trees.

Internet (Wifi), television (42 inches) with cable and DVD player are available. As well as a washing machine. BBQ outside.

A long flight of steps through the garden leads up to the house; therefore, it is not suitable for people

with reduced mobility.

An closed garage is available to guests. You can also park in front of the garage.

Payment for electricity, read the meter, will be charged at check-out. 0.30 euros / kWh.

Almunecar is a beautiful town, with nice stores, a few minutes walk or drive from the house via the waterfront.

Almunecar is an ancient city, three thousand years old, built by the Phoenicians, who were followed by the Romans, Visigoths, Arabs and finally the Spanish. There are many historical sites throughout the city.

Unlike most cities on the southern coast, Almunecar is inhabited mostly by Spaniards who live and work in the town, frequent the bars and restaurants. It is a normal provincial town. As a result, the bars and restaurants are open and busy all year round.

The mountains around Almuñecar from the hinterland extend to the coast, falling steeply into the turquoise sea. Along the coast are cliques and charming little beaches.

There are endless possibilities for those who want to picnic, walk, swim, surrounded by beautiful nature, mountains, sun and sea.

The hinterland also allows for many outdoor activities. Longer or shorter walks

in mountainous territory similar to the Grand Canyon, discovering small mountain villages with their particular life, shepherds, savoring wine and various local products, eating an

authentic Andalusian meal in a friendly mountain restaurant. Or bathe in torrents, perhaps diving from a 10 m high slope!
