- Linens and Towels are for townhome use only and not to be taken to pool or beach

- Grill and Propane Tank are provided but guest are responsible for propane (guest most clean grill after use)
- Guest have 2 parking spaces in front of unit. Do not park in other spaces
- Instruction to check-in will be sent to guest within 3 days before check-in
- Refrigerator and cabinets must be cleaned out with all food on day of check-out
- All used beds must be left unmade, and all used extra linens must be left on dryer.
Towels must be started in the washer on day of check-out
- All trash MUST be taken out on day of check-out to one of the metal trash bins located near road of townhome
