The holiday apartment is integrated into a disused East Frisian farmhouse and is located on the ground floor of the residential building (front part). It is secluded on the large property (>3,000 square metres), which is surrounded by mature trees. In the neighbourhood there is a restaurant, several large ponds for fishing, the "Eternal Sea" (nature reserve worth seeing) and a restored gallery Dutchman.
