Followings are included on daily, weekly plans:
1. Electricity only on daily and weekly rates.
2. Maid services (maid can come once in a day to clean your utensils, crockery, mopping floor, making bed). Please note that maid takes holidays and get sick too. We cannot offer any replacement for them.
3. Broadband 250 MBPS speed.
4. OTT Channels on TV.
5. Maintenance of appliances, fans, geyser, TV, Fridge, AC, routers
6. Changing of bedsheets, pillow covers, towels, comforters.
7. Cooking gas cylinder only on daily and weekly rates.
8. With the recent directive of the Finance Ministry all properties have to pay 5% GST. Guest needs to pay these taxes to us. We can give you rent receipt or GST receipt so that you can claim from your company. GST can be claimed by your company.
9. Car cannot be parked inside the house. It will be parked outside the house on 12 meters wide road at Owners risk.
10. Any consumable items like tissue papers, napkins, toiletries, spices, oils, mosquito repellents.

1. Breakages of all glasses, dining table, locks, crockery, appliances.

T & C:
1. Guests cannot consume/ use any drugs, marijuana, hookah.
2. Guests cannot bring any girls at the property. Sex workers, call girls, lesbians, gays are not welcomed here.
11. Guests will use broadband with all care and will not indulge yourself in any unlawful activity.
12. Guests can eat veg or non-veg.
13. Guests can drink alcohol too but their drinking should not create problem for us and our neighbours. It should be under control.
14. There will not be any party of any type.
15. Only guests will be responsible for all breakages occurred in the property by the guests, their visitors, guests’ friends, guests’ servants and helpers.
16. Guests will not touch any electrical circuits.
17. If guests stay in the house, then it is their duty to see that all doors are locked properly.
18. If guests break any condition of the agreement, then we can ask guests to vacate the house immediately. Your deposit will be refunded after checking the property and its contents. Rest we will not be responsible for any other payment made to broker, booking portals or elsewhere.
19. We need pictures, Aadhar card or passport or D/L.
