THE APARTMENT

This sunny and very spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is modern and elegantly furnished with attention to detail.

As you enter the building, the nostalgic staircase will transport you to a bygone era, with only the modern elevator serving as a reminder of the present.

Upon reaching the apartment, you will be captivated by the soaring high ceilings. In the open kitchen and living area that connects all the rooms of the apartment, your gaze will ascend the nearly 6-meter-high walls until it rests on the geometric wooden beams. The central dining table can seat 6-8 people.

ROOMS

The sense of "spaciousness" accompanies you in all the other rooms as well.

The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and invites you to sleep carefreely with its minimalist design.

The second bedroom – we call it the Blue Bedroom due to its blue wall – is also furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed and promises unforgettable movie nights with its 55” television.

The absolute highlight is undoubtedly the spacious loft. On a second level, equipped with a 2-meter-long closet, this favorite spot provides ample storage space for an extended stay. You can sleep here on a dreamy king-size box-spring bed, and enjoy Netflix nights on the 65" flat-screen.

The cozy living room is the heart of the apartment. It also features a large 55” television, a spacious sofa, and additional storage.

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. Truly everything you need!

The apartment comes with fresh bed sheets and towels. Additionally, you are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer at any time.

The entire apartment is available for rent, and our guests have access to all rooms without any disturbances.
