This recently renovated (2018) flat offers a living area of 45 square metres and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. From the flat you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and Ortigia, admiring the sailboats that come and go from the pier.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor, and is equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, ceramic hob, American coffee machine, espresso coffee and cappuccino machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and crockery and cookware. The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed, a table for 4 people and a smart TV capable of connecting with YouTube and receiving satellite channels. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a double sink, WC, bidet and a hydro-massage shower with chromotherapy. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. The equipment also includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

From the house you can reach all points of interest only on foot and it is all walking distance. Just a few steps away is a small beach, and a solarium where you can bathe during the summer, or admire the sunrise over the sea. Also very close to the house is the cycle path that runs along the sea and the town, and there are also many restaurants and bars. From here you can also walk to all the most important and suggestive places in Syracuse: in 10 minutes you can reach the Greek Theatre and in 5 minutes the island of Ortigia. Also not to be missed are the Monumento dei Caduti, the sepulchre of Santa Lucia, the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime and the Greek Theatre. In addition to the beautiful scenery, there are also nautical clubs offering boat excursions and much more.

The owner also provides a second, larger (65 sqm) but similarly equipped flat next door.
