Our holiday flat 3 is located on the upper floor of a well-kept house in a quiet residential area of Görlitz. With a living area of around 55 square metres, it offers enough space for one to two people and is therefore ideal for single travellers, couples or guests looking for a relaxing break - whether for a weekend, a business trip or a longer stay. The flat is deliberately designed to convey a sense of security without being restrictive - a place where you can arrive, take a deep breath and immediately feel at home.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. The mattresses offer a pleasant firmness and are suitable for allergy sufferers. The beds are of course freshly made on arrival and bed linen is included in the price. A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage, even for longer stays.
The living area has an open and friendly design. A cosy corner sofa invites you to read, watch TV or simply relax. The flat-screen TV offers access to popular programmes - ideal for a quiet evening after an eventful day. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the view of the greenery - whether you're enjoying your first coffee in the morning or relaxing at the end of the day with a drink of your choice. The terrace is covered and offers a sheltered outdoor space even in changeable weather.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and makes self-catering easy. It has a modern hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Everything you need for cooking and savouring is also available for longer stays - from breakfast to dinner.
The bathroom is bright and functional. It has windows with natural light, a shower, a WC and a washing machine for free use. Please bring your own towels - so everything remains hygienic and personalised. The washing machine is at your disposal during your stay, which is particularly appreciated when travelling for longer periods or on business.
The flat is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed - a deliberate move to keep the flat allergy-friendly and provide a clean, well-maintained environment for all guests.
A special bonus: a free parking space for one car is located directly on the property - convenient, safe and accessible at all times. This means there is no need to search for a parking space and you can park your car in the immediate vicinity of the flat at any time. Public car parking spaces are also available directly in front of the building.
For those travelling by bike or guests with their own bike, we offer a covered bike rack at the house. This protects your bike from the weather. Please note, however, that parking and charging e-bikes, e-scooters or other electrically powered vehicles is not permitted on the entire property for safety reasons. Larger special bikes such as tandems or recumbent bikes can unfortunately not be accommodated due to lack of space. We kindly ask you to register your bicycles in advance or at the latest before arrival so that we can plan the capacities accordingly.
The location of the flat is quiet and yet well connected. Görlitz's old town centre with its impressive buildings, museums, cafés and small shops can be easily reached by bus in around ten minutes or on foot in around thirty minutes. Lake Berzdorf is also not far away - ideal for walks, bike rides or simply relaxing by the water. If you like hiking or love nature, you will find numerous opportunities for excursions and relaxation in the nearby Zittau Mountains.
