This holiday home immersed in greenery, in a quiet position, is located in Montelupo Fiorentino, in the Bobolino area. It offers a magnificent view of the valley and the village.

Outside, you will find a terrace equipped with garden furniture, the ideal place to relax and enjoy delicious meals. A barbecue is also available. Outside, you will find an enclosed swimming pool (for non-swimmers: 90 cm deep, 2x5 m; pool: 1.5 m deep, 12x5 m) for your exclusive use, as well as sun loungers and parasols. The holiday house is surrounded by a large communal garden, which also includes a wooden playhouse for children. Outside, you will also find orchards and various plants. Guests are welcome to pick flowers and ripe fruit.

The holiday home has a total of six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The living area is spread over two levels. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The ground floor also has four bedrooms and four bathrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower; one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi. This bedroom is only accessible from the outside; a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with shower is located in the corridor. On request, a third bed can be added in this room. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, towel warmer and hairdryer. Each of the four bedrooms has access to the outdoor area, which includes the garden and the large terrace. Each room also has a television. Upon request, up to two cots for children up to three years of age can be provided free of charge. On the first floor is a large, bright living room with large windows and a large terrace offering a magnificent view of Montelupo and Capraia. The living room is equipped with a television (satellite TV). The first floor also houses a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a triple bedroom with private bathroom with shower in the corridor.

In the surrounding area there are numerous places to visit, such as Vinci, Volterra, San Gimignano and others. The area is characterised by unspoilt nature of rare beauty. It is known not only for its art and culture, but also for its wines and culinary traditions. The town of Montelupo Fiorentino is about 2 km away and is well connected by public transport (train, bus). Florence airport is 24 km away. Florence can be reached by train in 20 minutes, and Milan and Rome in two hours. Pisa is 60 km away. The motorway is 0.8 km away.

The holiday home is accessible via a private road. It has three photovoltaic systems, a solar thermal collector and a rainwater recovery system. On request, the owner offers a transfer service from/to the airport (prices on request).
