Downstairs on the ground floor are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Although the house is suitable for 12-15 people, you can also easily stay there with two. This is due to the special layout of the house, which consists of two floors.

The villa is 400 metres from Jan Tiel beach and is in the middle of Vista Royal. A neighbourhood that has experienced tremendous growth in recent years due to the many resorts built there. It is a beautiful residential area where you can retreat in privacy but still be close to entertainment. This villa overlooks part of the neighbourhood and offers sea views.

The villa is very suitable for families. Extra beds for children can be placed in the bedrooms. Cots are also available. Youth groups are not allowed, parties and loud music are not allowed.
