This perfectly located home will blow you away with its artistic detail and luxury finishings, ensuring you have a fun and memorable stay. Enjoy the sumptious dining room with fabulous artwork and 1960s cocktail bar, the spacious family room with smart TV, bedrooms with wrought iron beds and pillow top mattresses and a large private courtyard with festoon lighting and BBQ. There is off street parking for 1-2 cars with a convenient EV top up charging point. No.42 was recently selected and filmed and will soon be appearing on Channel 5's best holiday home show. This is definitely one of the best holiday homes in York located just a 10 minute stroll into York City centre or York racecourse and only a 5 minute walk from York train station. If you really want to indulge yourself and stay somewhere a little different from the usual vacation home then choose No.42, you won't regret it!
NB: The property is fully refurbished and next door is now a fabulous Grade II listed antique and curios shop called "Down the Rabbit Hole" where you can browse for hidden gems and antique bargains.
