The holiday home can only be rented as 1 'ne unit complete 2 flats together. The beach can be reached via approx. 100 steps. It is gravel - fine gravel. In the neighbourhood there are various possibilities to be active in the water like: Jet - and water ski, banana, boat hire and much more. It is well maintained, new, modern and well equipped, with fully fitted kitchens. It is located below the coastal road with a view of the sea and a wonderful view of the island of Brac opposite. The beach can be reached directly by about 100 steps. Large terraces and balconies.
With a total area of 140m2, the house has two separate flats.
Flat 1 is located on the lowest floor, with a bedroom (double bed and bunk bed), living room with sofa bed for one person, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view.
The middle flat is not rented out.
Flat 3 on the top floor has a bedroom with a double bed, (living room with sofa bed) for two people, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Stanici (Tice-Celina) is a small tourist settlement with a beautiful long fine-gravel beach and many other smaller beaches and bays, in the last 10 years the former fishing village has been expanded with newly built holiday homes, holiday flats, villas and flats and has thus become a popular holiday resort for holidaymakers, which differs in that you can not reach the beach by car, in the vicinity you will always find a secluded bay where you can spend your holiday with "your" own small, beautiful pebble beach. This development led to Stanici, with its beautiful beaches, becoming a popular tourist destination in Central Dalmatia. There are several restaurants and coffee bars catering for all tastes and budgets. In Stanici there are 2 small grocery markets that sell fresh bread and sweet pastries, dairy products, fruit and vegetables every day. In the centre, where there is also a bus stop, you will find the travel agency Adriatoptours, formerly Emsaholidays, which can help you with all your needs.
