This is a newly built property and some areas are not yet ready for guests including:
- 1 locked room in basement
- Basement entry mudroom
- Dock and seasonal amenities are available June to October. Canoe, Kayak can be accessible other times by request as the water is very cold April, May

The lake is a mix of full time residents and vacationers.

There is plenty of parking available on the property.
Room for towing trailers, snowmobiles, dirt bikes and other recreational vehicles

This property is located in an area with full time homes. The happiest guests are looking for a lakefront retreat, relaxation and having fun outdoors while respecting the neighbors and quiet hours (10pm-8am)

Waterfront, kayaks, canoes, lifejackets, hot tub are use at your own risk and we are not liable for misuse of equipment

There is plenty of uncovered parking for your trailers, ATVs, snowmobile, water vessels (and boat launch is on the lake)

Basic starter supplies provided, guests and may need to supplement during your stay as required

2 outdoor fire pits are available for use. Follow Madawaska valley fire ratings. Fire wood is not provided
