At 800 metres from the residence, you will find the resort of Vignola Mare, with its wide beach of fine sand and various services: cash machine, market (open 1 April - 30 October), hairdresser, delicatessen, parapharmacy, doctor's surgery. A few km from the residence you can visit the beaches of Nuracu Nieddu (4.7 km), Monti Russu (7.2 km), Rena Majore (12.2 km). Santa Teresa di Gallura, departure point for Corsica, is only 19 km away. The use of a car is recommended.

The studio flat 3 persons consists of a living room with kitchenette with induction hob (2 or 4 hotplates), single beds that can be joined together, single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Inside you will also find all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, TV, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board on request, a beach umbrella. The first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the cost.

Our reception is available daily from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00. Check-in is guaranteed from 17.00 to 20.00. For arrivals expected after 8 p.m. it is mandatory to inform us in advance, otherwise check-in is not guaranteed and a surcharge may be applied. Check-out is expected by 10 a.m. Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the client, otherwise penalties will be applied.
Animals, to be communicated at the time of booking, are allowed, except in common areas, and a surcharge to be paid on site will be applied.
