<P>Upon entering through the hallway, you step into the spacious living room, characterized by high ceilings, beautiful wooden beams, and large windows. The living room is large but feels cozy and inviting due to the natural materials and warm decor. By the television, a cozy seating area has been created with a large corner sofa, a separate armchair, and practical coffee tables. Centrally in the living area is the staircase to the upper floor between the living and dining areas. The spacious dining table, which seats six, has comfortable chairs. From the entire living area, you have views of the large garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, and kettle.</P>

Comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms
<P>Via the stairs in the living room, you reach the upper floor where two of the three bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (80x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor features a walk-in shower, sink, and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds (80x200 cm) with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink. The bedroom and bathroom, like the rest of the ground floor, have underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.</P>

Large garden and covered terrace
<P>From the living area, you step onto the terrace (16 m&sup2;), which is partially covered. The garden (300 m&sup2;) is fully enclosed, so even small children can play safely. There is a comfortable garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoor life. For extra comfort, there is a washing machine and dryer available, so you can refresh your towels and swimwear after a long day at the beach for the next beach day. For families with young children, there is both a cot and a high chair available. There is space for two cars to park on the driveway of the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this holiday home.</P>

This seaside resort breathes the beach, and perhaps that is the reason you are looking at this holiday home. And rightly so, because the beach of Renesse is beautiful. Along with the stunning nature reserve around Renesse, you can have the perfect vacation here. Have you ever seen a seal in the wild? In Renesse, there is a good chance you will! From two hours before until two hours after low tide, there are almost always seals to be seen on the sandbanks of the beach. In the center of Renesse, you can shop in unique boutiques and enjoy the many restaurants and cozy terraces. Spend your vacation in Renesse, a place that is fun for both young and old. The beach villa is located next to Vakantiepark Zonnedorp, and during your stay, you can use the facilities of this family campsite.
