Our house is a beautiful ocean front home on Lighthouse Beach with sweeping views which can be enjoyed on every level of this modern home.

This house has five bedrooms with Queen beds, an outdoor pool, air conditioning, modern kitchen and appliances and is ideal for large family groups or friends to meet and relax with spectacular ocean views.

A minutes walk to the beach and cafes, our house is the ultimate beach holiday experience and amazing base to explore the Port Macquarie region. Perched high on the hill overlooking the beautiful sandy shores of Lighthouse Beach and beyond, the ever-changing canvas of sea and sky will keep you occupied and fascinated for hours.

With the beach only a 30-meter walk away from the doorstep, and a 9-minute drive to the Port Macquarie CBD, this property is the perfect beach escape.

Featuring five queen bedrooms, our home has plenty of room for the larger families wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle and experience the beachy laid-back vibe of the Port Macquarie lifestyle, or groups of friends or couples traveling together.

As you enter up the stairs to the first level, you will be welcomed by a large outdoor deck area.

The ground floor features two bedrooms which both have queen size beds with a shared bathroom.

As you move up the stairs, you are welcomed into the open living and dining space. You will appreciate the beautiful open layout with plenty of indoor seating and where you can open up the house in summer to take advantage of the indoor-outdoor flow.

Just off the living space is a spacious deck where you can enjoy dinner, breakfast, or an afternoon cocktail with a spectacular view, all while breathing in the sea breeze.

The kitchen will delight your inner gourmet chef with an AEG steam oven, as well as a combination oven (grill, oven etc), fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and induction cooktop for perfectly controlled cooking. The property has both a Nespresso coffee machine with pods included as well as a soda stream for sparkling drink enjoyment. A separate wine fridge is perfect for your cold drinks.

Entertainment is delivered with a large smart TV with Netflix account together with free WIFI, board games and books to keep everyone entertained.

Located on the upstairs level is the main bedroom containing a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite, together with another queens size bedroom. These bedrooms lead out to another commanding private deck with incredible views.

This level also features another queen size bedroom together with a shared bathroom and a small living room which leads out to the rear deck and pool area. Be sure to enjoy a swim or relax at the end of the day in the outdoor pool.

The home has an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer available. We provide all linen.

The house has a locked gate on entry, providing safety and security together with external CCTV and ring doorbell.

Walk to the beach and walk to the local cafes. You have almost everything you need within walking distance, including cafes, convenience store, restaurants, bottle shop, hairdresser, massage centre, gallery and butcher at the Watonga Shops. The main centre of Port Macquarie is just an 8-minute drive away. Uber and Taxi's are available if you want to spend the night out on the town and run until the late hours. The local bus stop is just down the road along Matthew Flinders Drive. Or you can head to Lighthouse Plaza for additional services. Visit Busways Bus Service for routes. Food delivery is available if you want an easy and quiet night in. Door Dash and Menulog have a number of different restaurants from the local area or simply head up the road for a bite to eat. We want you to have a great holiday escape and enjoy your stay in our home. The following house rules help us to be clear about our expectations and ensure that our property is the right fit for your holiday.

- Strictly no parties or events

- Check-in is at 2pm. Check out at 10am.
We need this time to ensure that we can prepare the property for the next guests. (We do understand that you would like to start your holiday as soon as possible, and with prior arrangement, may be flexible if available)

- As a requirement of our Insurance, you are required to provide a list of names and photo ID (Drivers Licence) of all registered adult guests.

- Maximum of 10 guests (including children).

- Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

- Please note that this is a no-smoking property. (Any breaches may result in extra cleaning fees)

- This is a quiet suburban neighbourhood and we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.

- No illegal activity. No drugs or weapons are permitted on site.

- a Short Term License to Use Agreement is required to be signed and entered into for all bookings.

- Please do not rearrange the furniture.

- Please report any breakages or damages ASAP so we are able to rectify this before future guests arrive. Broken, damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.

- Please remember that this is an Airbnb, not a hotel, and is also my home. Please be respectful of my property.

- Children are permitted on the property, however guests are responsible for the actions of any and all children in their group.

- We ask that the house is left tidy and in the same condition as found, all dishes washed and rubbish taken to the outside bins.

- Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house.

- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, please contact us so that we can rectify this as soon as possible. By advising us of an issue, you are authorising us to enter the property and fix the stated issue.

- This property is not suitable for school groups or under 25 groups, hens or bucks parties, large and loud (young) adult groups.

For your comfort and confidence here are a few things to consider about our property in Port Macquarie Australia.

- There are some properties nearby that are renovating and/or under construction.

- We do have critters here that may make themselves known. Geckos and blue tounge lizards will help to keep the flies and midges (mosquitoes) away, and birds will often stop by to say hello. It is part of living in Australia in regional NSW.

- Whilst a professional pest control is taken out twice yearly, it is impossible to guarantee the occasional cockroach or ants won’t fly or wander in, especially as the bifold door opens up to the beautiful fresh air or we experience a lot of rain.

- No pest control can get rid of sandflies/mosquitoes/midges, but we encourage you to bring your own insect repellent and sprays.

- Covid cancellation policy: if the borders close after booking, we will refund 100%. However, this does not apply for falling ill, including Covid. For that you must obtain your own travel insurance.

We love our little piece of beach paradise, and we hope you will too.

These house rules help us to maintain a great space that benefits our guests and respects our neighbours and community.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction and cancellation of booking with no refund, and/or claiming additional fees on your security deposit.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
We will accept payment by direct deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with MORE THAN 60 days notice prior to your arrival a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.
- Cancellations BETWEEN 30 - 60 days notice prior to your arrival date 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.
- Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.

No cancellations are accepted within 30 days of your arrival date. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.

In the event we must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made. However we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred.

We strongly recommend travel insurance (even for domestic travel) to cover cancellations, travel delays and all other unforeseen incidents and accidents.

The house is located on a steep block, and access to the house is via numerous steps.

This property does not accept bookings for schoolies, hens parties, bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the host to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
