Located at the top of the hill overlooking Keswick with stunning views of the sunset. 15 minutes walk to town and 20 minutes to Derwent Water lake. With a garden and private parking. Communal areas are the kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area.

Bedroom fully furnished includes double bed, chest of draws, bedside table, small inbuilt wardrobe and desk and chair.

There's myself, a housemate and my 2 very friendly cats and living at the property. We work locally and are out most of the time.
