Enjoy the tranquility of suburban living, however be prepared to drive or take public transportation for city adventures.

The GO station is 3.8 kilometers away (with free parking), and it's less than an hour's drive to downtown Toronto.

One off-street parking space is provided in the driveway. Winter street parking is prohibited.

Kindly note that local bylaws require all guests to submit a valid government-issued photo ID via text message within 24 hours of booking acceptance. Bookings without verification may be canceled.

The entire one-bedroom unit is yours to enjoy. We value your security and have outdoor cameras, and we reside on the ground floor

We prioritize your health and safety. Our one-bedroom unit offers a bathroom, full kitchen, private laundry room, high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with Netflix. Please be aware that our home is not childproof, and we do not have cribs or extra beds available.

In addition to our regular cleaning, we use disinfectant sprays, Lysol wipes on high-touch surfaces, and laundry sanitizer for your linens.
