Both the beach (2 km away) and the historic centre of Palermo (5 km away) are well served by public transport. Opposite the flat is a tennis club. The Pallavicino square with all services and shops is 200 metres away.

The balcony allows outdoor dining. There is in fact a table for 4 persons and a wall fountain. The view is very beautiful.
In the small square in front of the building you can park your car. The access road to the palace is a dead-end street and therefore free of traffic, very quiet.

The flat was completely renovated in 2022, so it is new and in excellent condition. It is equipped with an armoured door. After entering a small entrance hall, through a short corridor, you reach the living room equipped with a kitchenette and a two-seater sofa bed. The flooring is made of fine marble.
From the living room/kitchen you enter a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a large bathroom with shower and a balcony from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Monte Pellegrino. The flat is very bright and is equipped with all the necessary comforts for your holiday such as a microwave oven, iron, kettle, hairdryer, crockery, pots and pans, bathroom and bed linen, etc.

About 200 metres from Casa del Dottore 3, in Piazza Pallavicino, there are various shops, supermarkets, bakeries, petrol stations, post office and any other necessities. The bus stop is in the Piazza.
The beach at Mondello is very beautiful! A long expanse of sand and a crystal clear sea form a splendid gulf, a destination for international tourism where you can find bars, fresh fish restaurants, typical Sicilian restaurants, Palermo street food and the famous little mermaid, the symbol of the resort. About 300 metres away is 'La città dei ragazzi' (the children's city), an area dedicated to the entertainment and culture of your children and teenagers where a trained team will take care of them and provide for their fun.
Through the climb of Montepellegrino, about 6 km away, you will reach the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia, a pilgrimage destination for the people of Palermo to venerate their patron saint, a religious site worth visiting.
