This cozy 460 sq ft suite is part of a peaceful multi-unit waterfront retreat with some shared outdoor amenities. It’s perfect for couples or small groups seeking a peaceful, laid-back haven.

🏡 THE SPACE

• 2 king bedrooms (each with private entrance)
• 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower
• Kitchenette + compact living area
• Twin fold-out mattress for additional sleeping

The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, large toaster oven, and sink (note: no full kitchen).

Best suited for up to 4 adults + 1 child, as the space is designed more like a spacious hotel-style suite with two bedrooms.

🐾 PET POLICY

Small, well-behaved dogs (under 30 lbs) are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Larger hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs may be considered—please inquire.

This is a duplex with a shared yard, so dogs must be friendly and cleaned up after.

• Parking for 2 mid size vehicles or 1 large truck/ suv

• This home is part of a duplex
– The adjacent unit is also a vacation rental

• Some amenities are shared with guests next door:
– Pool (12’ saltwater dipping pool)
– Hot tub (private while in use via gated area)
– Bikes & kayaks
– Backyard with firepit, grill, dock & waterfront lounge

• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch are located underneath the hosts home but I am happy to share it with guests :)

Guest access
This is half of a duplex - You will have the entire guest suite with its 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath & small kitchenette/ living room to yourself. The suite has 2 separate entrances - 1 on each bedroom. The rest of the property (backyard, dock, courtyard, pool, waterfront hot tub & connected screened in porch) is shared with the guests next door, myself & my family. The waterfront hot tub & screened in porch are underneath my house in the backyard (the house with the mural on it in the photos).

Other things to note
I grew up on Tybee & it has been my dream to move home & share my beautiful island with visitors. Creekside Suites is my manifestation of this dream. As such this is a shared property. You will definitely be seeing myself, my partner, our dogs, the guests next door & sometimes my parents & personal guests. We are a fun loving, easy going couple so feel free to say hi! And please stop by my partner’s brewery, Back River Brewery, and have a beer with us! Also we like to travel, so please note that we might not always be available or on site but will have everything prepared for your trip.


Kindly note that I do not give refunds outside of my posted policy. As such, I highly recommend trip insurance as I cannot be on the line for personal, weather emergencies etc

The house is older & is NOT PERFECT. It is clean, comfortable & well appointed with a very responsive host. But if you are a perfectionist who expects a pristine, sterile rental please book somewhere else.

I am SMALL dog friendly up to 30lbs with $100 pet fee. Dogs must be well behaved, friendly, on flea meds & you must pick up after them in the yard
