Town home is located right in-between the lagoon and the beach. 5 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park where you can catch the ferry to shell island.
Front Entrance. Parking for two cars side by side, or bring your boat! Boat launch located at the end of the street.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed and a bunk bed.

About this place

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful coastal retreat. This two bedroom town home was designed with family in mind. The home is located only a couple of blocks off of the beautiful emerald shores of Panama City Beach. So pack your bags and come prepared to sit back and relax at this cozy Coastal Retreat!

Crescent Beach Neighborhood near Lower Grand Lagoon. Located nearest to Beach access 11 and 12. 5 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park where you can catch the ferry to Shell Island. 20 minute drive to the historic Bay Saint Andrews.

Parking is free in the private driveway - up to 2 cars.

Guests have access to the entire townhome and private backyard. The driveway is shared with my neighbor but can comfortably fit two cars side by side.
