The apartment features a beautiful living area, a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people. The coffee table transforms into a large dining table for convivial meals, and additional chairs are available under the mezzanine. The apartment has plenty of storage space and has been designed as an ideal base for visiting Paris from its center. A Dyson Cool Air is also available in the apartment. Fully renovated in March 2023!

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties in the apartment. The apartment is designed for peaceful living and not to disturb the calm of the building. Please respect the neighbors. Any violation of this rule is subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation. (Non accessible aux PMR)

The apartment is classified 2 stars like the hotels, this massively reduces the tourist tax which was around 15€ per night per person, to now around 3.5€. This will save you a lot of costs!
