Just 10 minutes from the vibrant city center by bus, this chic apartment of 65m2 is steps from the elegant Orangerie Park (5min on foot) and moments from the EU institutions (15min on foot). Close to supermarkets, cafes & fine bakeries with seamless access to the train station (15min by bus). A sophisticated retreat for a truly refined stay.
The space
Welcome to Your Stay in Orangerie!
Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully renovated apartment is in a charming 1940s building, right in the heart of Orangerie—the most peaceful and elegant neighborhood in Strasbourg. Just a short walk from the stunning Orangerie Park, the area offers a perfect blend of tranquility and easy access to the city center. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is bright, cozy, and full of modern charm. On sunny days, natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Apartment
This one-bedroom flat features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, along with a large bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub (currently, the bathtub is unavailable for use). The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for both short and extended stays, as well as a complimentary washer/dryer for added convenience.
What to Expect
We take pride in our apartment, lovingly designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Here are a few notes for your stay:
1. The bathtub is temporarily unavailable for use.
2. The heating is centrally controlled at a comfortable ambient temperature. Please avoid handling the radiator pipes, as this may disrupt the system and block it.
3. TV service is currently unavailable.
4. High-quality organic toiletries, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo, are provided for your use.
5. The kitchen is stocked with essential spices, olive oil, pepper, and sugar for your culinary needs.
Our Green Initiative
Sustainability is close to our hearts, and we strive to make environmentally conscious choices:
- Recycling bins are provided, along with a guide to proper disposal for waste and recyclables.
- We've replaced plastic dish sponges with sustainable wooden alternatives.
We welcome your ideas for enhancing our eco-friendly efforts!
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden.
Guest access
We provide an easy self-check in process. We will be sending you details on how to get in the day before your Arrival. Just follow them carefully and you will get in with no problem at all.
Tram C is 10min walk from the apartment. Stop: Orangerie.
Bus 2 & 15 are 2min walk from the apartment. Stop: Tauler.
Other things to note
Please respect check-in and check out times. This means you are respecting our cleaning stuff's working hours, while we also leaving us enough time for cleaning for next guests.
We may be able to offer luggage storage, if you are arriving early or leaving late. Do contact us and we shall try to accommodate your need, should we can.
For your stay we provide a set of bed linen for two people (unless you are staying with us for a long stay). In case of need of having a second set for a short stay, we will be happy to provide it with an additional charge of 25euros.
We take in charge 40euros of electricity bill per month, which is equivalent to the smart/regular use of electric equipment in the apartment. Extra bills per month will be charged to the guest. The charge of the electric cars, using the electric plugs of the apartment is forbidden due to the security measures and the cost of the electricity. Use of professional servers or professional online gaming activity, as well as crypto mining are not accepted during the stay.
This apartment features a motion sensor alarm to help ensure security. It does not record video or audio and only triggers a light or chime inside the home. It is an alarm sensor, not a camera, and it is deactivated during guest stays.
The long-term rental is carried out under a bail mobilité. Identity verification (obligation to provide a copy of the ID to the host) is mandatory.
For longer stays, guests may have the possibility to use the shared garage with the owner to park their car during their stay, for their convenience. Please note that some of the host’s personal belongings are stored in the garage.

A starter set of kitchen and bathroom essentials is provided upon arrival (olive oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, toiletries). These items are not replenished during the stay, and guests may purchase additional supplies if needed.
Upon request, we can arrange grocery shopping before or during your stay. The grocery bill will be added to the total, along with a minimum of €20 service fee.
