About this place
Charming 1-Bed Studio annex, parking+kitchen+Wi-Fi
Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated, cozy studio annex with modern amenities and a personal touch. Nestled near Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace, this studio offers a tranquil experience and proximity to local gems. Self-catering is easy with a fully-equipped kitchenette, washing machine, and Amazon FireTV. With free parking, free Gigabit internet, pet-friendly policy, it's perfect for work and leisure, just 30 mins from central London.
Expect thoughtful details like a bespoke welcome pack.
Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated, self-contained recently renovated studio annex flat on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian house. It boasts an en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and modern conveniences like Alexa and TV with FireTV, washing machine, kitchenette. It's fresh, clean, and perfect for relaxation. It is an annex flat and so there is a tiny shared hallway at the front and I live in the other flat but both flats are completely self contained, have their own lockable front doors so there are no shared spaces and they are sound-proofed so it's a completely private space for you. It offers free parking and free Gigabit Fibre internet. It also boasts being just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Bushy Park.
I'm relatively new to hosting and I'm really keen to do well and for you to leave wanting to come back and visit again, feeling like you've had excellent value for your money. I put a lot of effort into making you feel welcome at the studio - from a bespoke welcome pack when you arrive, with treats and surprises to make you feel at home to towel-igami (think Origami for towels) to cheer your day up.
For those lovers of coffee and teas, you'll be greeted with complimentary coffees, decaf, English teas, herbal teas and condiments to accompany them.
I also take great pride in my bed-making abilities as I think the number 1 thing when you are here is for you to have an amazing sleep in a comfortable bed that makes you want to go home and make your bed at home just as comfortable. I spend a lot of time making up the bed for you so it looks amazing when you arrive and feels even better to lie on - to the point where you will half want to just jump on it and the other half won't want to spoil the bed-perfection!
You'll also get nice, fluffy towels, spare blankets, cushions, premium dressing robes and slippers to maximise your comfort whilst you are here.
For those chefs amongst you, there is a fully fitted out kitchenette so you can self cater whilst staying so you can avoid the cost of takeaways or restaurant meals if you prefer to cook - from your own fridge/freezer, 2-zone electric hob, combo microwave/grill/oven, all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you could ever need. However, if you do like going out to restaurants, Hampton Hill High Street and Teddington both boast some really amazing restaurants and there's a great pub scene - the nearest just about 10 seconds walk away (but don't worry they produce zero disturbances and the Studio is anyway on the quiet side of the flat that faces towards Bushy Park so you get all the nature noise instead!). If, like me, you enjoy a good takeaway every now and then, there are lots of options through companies like Just Eat and Deliveroo.
For those into sports, there are tonnes of activities you can do within a 10 minute walk of the studio - rugby, cricket, hiking, swimming (indoor and outdoor), rowing, cycling, running, football, gym, yoga, pilates, zoomba, aerobics in the park - there's something for everybody!
I really think the studio is a great place to come and stay whether you're here for work or for leisure - to be honest, I'm half tempted to move in there myself. You can enjoy super high speed 1 Gigabit full fibre WIFI, access to a plethora of entertainment channels such as Freeview, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+*, Paramount+*, Netflix* and many more.
(* these will require you to have your own subscriptions to their service to watch). There's a worktop with a couple of stools whether for eating or used as a workspace for your computer.
So, with that all being said, I invite you to book your stay at the Studio - you won't regret it! Hopefully you do and in that case, I look forward to your stay!
