Welcome to your beachfront sanctuary at the Ambassador. This isn't your typical cookie-cutter condo; it’s a uniquely designed loft suite where the vibes are high and the stress is low.

🛏️ The Entryway Bedroom: In a cool architectural twist, your journey begins right in the main floor bedroom. This room features a comfortable Full/Double bed and serves as your first retreat from the world outside. It’s a cozy, private space perfect for those who want to be tucked away on the main level.

🪜 The Loft (Second Bedroom): Head up the stairs to find the real showstopper. This massive, airy loft features both a King bed and a Queen bed. Best of all, it boasts big open windows that offer an incredible view of the Gulf right from your pillow. It feels like a private "lookout" over the emerald waters.

🛋️ Living Area & Sofa Bed: This open-concept space sits under soaring ceilings and flows directly onto the balcony. The living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests, bringing our total capacity to a comfortable crew of 7.

🍹 Private Balcony: Step out from the living space to your front-row seat for the Emerald Coast. Whether it's morning coffee or a sunset toast, this is the best spot in the house.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped for meal prep when you aren't out exploring the local "happening" spots at Pier Park.

🪜 The Boutique Walk-Up (No Elevator): This is the most important part! We are a low-density, boutique resort and we do not have an elevator. You’ll be walking up three flights of stairs to reach the suite. Think of it as a "Beachfront Workout" that rewards you with no neighbors above you and the absolute best, unobstructed views in the building.

⚓ Strict Occupancy: Per local fire safety ordinances, our maximum occupancy is strictly 7 guests. We appreciate you keeping your crew to a legal limit.

🐾 Pet Policy: We love island dogs! Our standard stay includes one well-behaved dog with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If you’re traveling with a second pup, just reach out and ask—we can often accommodate a second dog for an additional $150 fee.

Limited public transit: Bay County’s Star Transit offers regional routes and seasonal beach shuttles — service frequency is lower than in big cities, so check current schedules.
