Oozing a real hideaway charm and offering all the must-have mod cons, this modern 5 bed chalet provides a picturesque base from which to explore and reach the ski slopes and hiking trails.
Inside, the 2-storey chalet sets the scene for restful grown-up Ski breaks. A fully-equipped Kitchen, free WiFi access provide added home comfort, whilst the 5 Double bedrooms (2 of which offer En-suite) provide a stress-free layout ideal for 5 couples.
To the principal ground floor, a large and inviting Living space is ready and waiting to be enjoyed; with a flat screen TV and a contemporary sofa to curl up on and get comfy. A Dining area for 8 accompanies the other side of the spacious Living area.
Adjoining the open plan reception is a spacious separate Kitchen is equipped with all the must-have high quality appliances, including a cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a dishwasher and a full fridge freezer. The private mountain-view terrace from this floor boasts spectacular Mont Blanc views to savour with a glass of wine or BBQ feast in the summertime.
A modern shower room and private laundry facilities provide added comfort and convenience whilst away. This gorgeous and well-presented chalet also benefits from a private garden and an outdoor parkingspace.
Guests are asked to note that there is a self-contained apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor of the chalet with a private garage. The owner occupies this small ground floor apartment, so the chalet is not solely exclusive, although the sections of the chalet are independent and self-contained from one another and guests' have private use of the terrace and outside parking space.
IMPORANT: Chimney is not to be used but has an artificial heating log.
The tranquil hillside location places guests within a 5-minute drive/ 20-minute walk of central Chamonix.
