You will need a vehicle to access the property. There is plenty of parking on site. Parking is not allowed next to the road itself. You can drive, walk, bike, or use an off-road vehicle within the park, not to exceed 15mph. 4-wheel drive with chains may be required if there is ice/snow.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guests will receive check-in instructions which include retrieving a key card from a lockbox in downtown Marblemount for self-check in at the cabin.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be returned within 20 days of checkout (usually much sooner).

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We encourage guests to obtain travel insurance for unexpected issues.

Notes

We have a wood-fired hot tub, so you must be up for an adventure to use it. It requires building and maintaining a fire inside a special box within the hot tub for several hours prior to use. The hot tub seats 3 people at a time. Guests must retrieve a key card from downtown Marblemount before accessing the property for the first time and return it at the end of their stay.
