The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. This house also has a wooden roof, giving it a cosy atmosphere. The house also offers wireless internet access.

The closest shopping facilities are about 2 kilometres from the house. It is about 5 km to the beach and the ocean and one kilometre to public transport.
