The space
The apartment consists of a spacious and bright open space with a balcony overlooking Piazza Costituzione. Thanks to a clever arrangement of the furniture, the space is extremely functional.

The comfortable Queen Size bed (160x200) in memory foam, with a height of 30 cm, will ensure maximum comfort, accompanied by two types of pillows to provide you with optimal rest and allow you to fully enjoy your vacation.

The kitchenette, tastefully furnished to make you feel right at home, includes:

a refrigerator with a small freezer;
an induction cooktop;
a microwave oven;
an espresso coffee machine;
a sink;
various accessories;
a folding table with two chairs.
The bathroom, in French style (without a bidet), features a spacious double-jet shower and a mirror. For your convenience, a hairdryer and dispensers with shampoo and shower gel are also provided.

Finally, the apartment is fully equipped with WiFi, bed linen, a SmartMonitor with Netflix and Prime Video included, an Alexa device, and a first aid kit.

Other things to note
The apartment shares a security door with another residential unit.

During the stay, guests must (whenever possible) handle waste sorting according to the provided schedule.

At check-in, the Cagliari city tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (maximum 5 nights) will be collected.

Small pets may be allowed with prior authorization; each case will be evaluated individually. An additional cleaning fee and damage deposit will still be required.
