To offer you the maximum support and make you feel safe and comfortable, in short-term rentals the host stays in a separate and private space on the lower floor.
Many guests appreciate this presence for immediate assistance (check-in, key delivery, useful information, etc.), but we understand that some may prefer total privacy.

✨ Your privacy is always guaranteed: the host will never enter the upper floor, reserved exclusively for guests, unless invited or agreed upon.

If you prefer the host not to be present on site, we kindly ask you to let us know at least two weeks before your arrival, so we can plan accordingly.

In this case, to protect the property, at check-in you will need to provide:
a) proof of a valid insurance policy against any damage to property, or
b) a refundable security deposit.
The deposit will be returned in full at check-out, after a positive verification of the state of the house.
