Chelsea enforces residential permit-only parking. Guests without a parking permit may receive a $25 overnight ticket. However, towing is rare unless a vehicle blocks a driveway.
🔖 Limited Visitor Parking Passes Available – We now offer 2 visitor night passes, which can be used upon request and availability. These help avoid citations for overnight parking.
🔖 There is a $100 replacement charge for any lost parking pass.
📍 Daytime passes are not needed for our specific block — permits are only required for daytime parking between 83 and 170 Cottage St, not where we are located.
❗ Street parking can still be congested, and many guests choose to park on the left side of the street where spots are more common. If you’re comfortable with the risk, some guests treat the ticket as a minimal parking fee. For hassle-free arrival, consider using a shuttle or rideshare service instead.
